Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

Because our juices are fresh and unpasteurised, we only ship where the cold chain can be kept short. We currently deliver from Germany to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland.

We do not ship to other countries yet — the transit time would put the product at risk. If you're elsewhere in the EU and want to be told when we reach you, email support@greenjuce.shop.

2. Dispatch days

We press to order and dispatch Monday to Wednesday only, so that nothing sits in a depot over the weekend. Orders placed from Wednesday afternoon onwards are pressed and dispatched the following Monday.

3. Processing & delivery time

Your juices are pressed, bottled and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of your dispatch day. After that:

5. Carrier & tracking

We ship with DHL. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order leaves us.

6. When it arrives

Please refrigerate the bottles immediately on arrival and consume within the best-before date printed on the label. Our juices are cold-pressed and not heat-treated, so they must stay chilled at 2–7 °C.

If nobody can take the delivery, please use the carrier's option to redirect to a neighbour or a parcel station the same day — we cannot replace product that was left standing warm for days.

7. Delayed or damaged deliveries

If a delivery arrives late, leaking, or warm, photograph it and email support@greenjuce.shop within 48 hours — see our Refund & Returns Policy. We'll replace or refund it.

8. Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery address. Perishable orders returned to us because of a wrong address cannot be resent or refunded, as the product can no longer be sold safely.

9. Taxes

All prices include German VAT where applicable. We ship only within the EU customs union, so there are no import duties on your order.
